Interior Threads, owned and operated by Stephanie Stevens, serves the communities of Northwest Mississippi and the Memphis, Tennessee area. At an early age, she shared the passion for and learned the art of fine sewing from her grandmother, an accomplished seamstress.   Majoring in Textiles, Clothing, & Construction, Stephanie earned a B.S. in Home Economics from the University of Kentucky.  Drawing upon her textile and construction background, Stephanie established Interior Threads in May of 2006 to offer personalized and detailed service to the interior design trade.

As your professional workroom, we are dedicated to providing quality products with outstanding details and strive to achieve the highest levels of proficiency in our custom fabrication. To reach that end, we spend time keeping up with current professional and high-end fabrication techniques. 

Stephanie is a CCP (Certified Career Professional) graduate from the Custom Home Furnishings Academy in Charlotte, North Carolina in the following areas:  Window Coverings, Advanced Window Coverings, Bed Coverings and Pillows, Cornices, Installation, and Workroom Skills. She regularly attends classes, seminars, and conferences to stay abreast of current trends and techniques in the design industry as well as subscribing to trade and design publications.  Stephanie is currently working towards her designation as a CWP (Certified Workroom Professional) through the Window Coverings Association of America.
